Prepare the filling: cook semolina porridge in milk and let cool slightly. Then add condensed milk and softened butter. Lastly, add a crumb of biscuit. Beat the resulting mass well with a mixer and put in the refrigerator.

Beat eggs with sugar. Add softened butter and mix well. Add baking soda slaked with lemon juice. Gradually add the sifted flour, salt and knead the dough. The dough should be soft and elastic.

Grease a baking dish with oil and heat up. Put a small piece of dough in each mold, about 1/3 of the mold. Bake until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.

Fill the nut shells with stuffing. But since the nuts are with a surprise, then add a berry to each nut. Connect the two halves. When serving, you can sprinkle the nuts with powdered sugar.

1/2 liter of milk
1/4 can of condensed milk
2 tbsp. l. semolina
100 g butter
biscuit crumb
berries
2 eggs
200 g butter
150 g sugar
3 art. flour
1/2 tsp (no top) soda
1/2 tsp lemon juice
salt on the tip of a knife
