Low calorie cheesecake

Proper nutrition is the key to beauty and health. And here is a yummy - for the celebration of the stomach. PP cheesecake in the studio!
How to cook Low calorie cheesecake
Step 1
To begin with, we take 20 g of gelatin and dilute it in a glass of cold water, leave for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Prepare the base: oatmeal 50 g, oat bran - 1 tbsp. l., 1 egg and 20 ml of kefir, vanillin, nutmeg, cinnamon, fitparade (sweetener) 3 sachets. Mix everything and spread it on a baking sheet for 10 minutes. in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Korzh is ready. We take our gelatin and for 2 minutes. in the microwave - at low power - until it dissolves.
Step 3
We prepare the base: pour 2/3 of gelatin into 440 g of low-fat cottage cheese, add 30 ml of kefir, fitparad 3 sachets, all whack - whack with a blender and pour onto the base.
Step 4
We cut peaches - I have 220 g, mix with juice and spread on top of the curd layer, and send all this charm to the refrigerator for 2 hours, and preferably at night, like mine. In the morning we take it out and enjoy omnomno)
