Description

The beauty of these waffles is that they are savory. You can serve them with any sweet fillers - honey, jam, jams, chocolate paste, condensed milk, etc. Ideal for Sunday breakfast with a cup of strong coffee.

Cooking

Step 1

Melt the butter, separate the eggs into whites and yolks

Step 2

Dissolve sugar and yeast in warm milk.

Step 3

Sift the flour into a bowl, make a well, pour in the milk-yeast mixture.

Step 4

Mix well with a mixer so that there are no lumps. Pour in the melted butter and yolks - mix again.

Step 5

Add a pinch of salt to the proteins and beat them until a stable strong foam. Add egg whites to the batter with a spatula and mix gently. Do not stir for a long time, so as not to "knock out" all the air.

Step 6

Cover the bowl with cling film and leave in a warm place for 40 minutes. - The dough should rise.

Step 7

Bake waffles according to the instructions in your waffle maker's instructions for use. I baked waffles for 4 minutes. at maximum power.

Waffles are delicious both hot and cold.
