How to cook Homemade waffles
Step 1
Melt the butter, separate the eggs into whites and yolks

Dissolve sugar and yeast in warm milk.

Mix well with a mixer so that there are no lumps. Pour in the melted butter and yolks - mix again.

Add a pinch of salt to the proteins and beat them until a stable strong foam. Add egg whites to the batter with a spatula and mix gently. Do not stir for a long time, so as not to "knock out" all the air.
Step 6
Cover the bowl with cling film and leave in a warm place for 40 minutes. - The dough should rise.
Step 7
Bake waffles according to the instructions in your waffle maker's instructions for use. I baked waffles for 4 minutes. at maximum power.
Step 8
Waffles are delicious both hot and cold.
