Rice wafers
Gluten-free dishes and healthy eating in general are in fashion now, but often diet food seems boring and bland. To diversify your diet, cook rice waffles in a waffle iron. Rice is a source of complex carbohydrates and fiber, and for many it tastes better than other cereals. You can make the dish sweeter by pouring condensed milk or honey over the waffles. If you like crispy waffles, eat them immediately after cooking. And if you like softer ones, let them sit for a bit.
