Grilled turkey fillet with lemon and sage

Step 1

With a sharp fine grater, remove the zest from the lemon. Squeeze the juice from the lemon, mix with the zest, finely chopped garlic and olive oil, season with salt and pepper. Add finely chopped thyme leaves.

Step 2

Cut the small turkey fillet in half lengthwise, then cut into cubes. Cut the zucchini into cubes with a side of 2.5-3 cm or according to the pieces of the turkey. Thread the turkey pieces onto thin skewers, alternating with the zucchini cubes.

Step 3

Place the skewers in the marinade and let sit for 2 hours, turning frequently.

Step 4

Light the coals, set the grate and heat properly. Grease the grate with oil, put the skewers. Fry for 5-7 minutes, then dip in the marinade and flip to the other side. Roast for another 5-7 minutes. Serve immediately with ratatouille or green salad.

3 zucchini
1 lemon
1 clove of garlic
3 sprigs of sage
60 ml of olive oil
salt to taste
ground black pepper to taste
