Wash chicken fillet, pat dry with paper towels and rub on both sides with oregano chicken seasoning. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Fry the chicken in it for 4 minutes. on each side, cool and cut into thin strips. Separate the lettuce into leaves, wash, dry and chop coarsely. Wash tomatoes, cut in half. Mix salad greens with chicken fillet and tomatoes. Mix vinegar with oil, add finely chopped garlic and parsley. Fill salad.
