How to cook Golden autumn cake
Step 1
Prepare jelly. Pour 40 g of gelatin with 250 ml of water, let it swell and heat until completely dissolved. Mix orange juice with half of the gelatin solution and refrigerate for 4 hours. When the jelly hardens, cut it into cubes. Soften the butter, mix with biscuit crumbs and put on the bottom of the mold. Bake in the oven for 15 min. at 200 °C. Let cool.
Step 2
For fruit decoration, pour 10 g of gelatin into 0.5 cups of water. After swelling, heat until completely dissolved. Cut orange and apple into slices. Remove the grapes from the brush.
Step 3
Squeeze the juice from the lemon and drizzle over the apple slices.
Step 4
Pour sugar into a bowl. Dip fruit first in gelatin, then in sugar.
Step 5
Beat cottage cheese, sugar and cream with a whisk. Combine with remaining gelatin solution.
Step 6
Add jelly cubes and stir. Put the resulting mass into a mold with a biscuit backing, smooth the surface and refrigerate for 3-4 hours. Decorate the cake with candied fruit.
