Description

By the way, cucumbers are just made for stuffing. They are soft and go well with spicy minced meat. Try this original Chinese dish and see for yourself!

Cooking

Step 1

Cucumbers cut into circles 2.5 cm thick, without peeling off the peel. Remove the seeds and pulp from the core. Lightly sprinkle cucumbers with starch.

Step 2

Mix all the mince ingredients in a large bowl and fill the cucumbers with it.

Step 3

Heat wok, add oil. Saute stuffed cucumbers until they turn brown. Turn over and fry on the other side.

Step 4

Place cucumbers on a plate. Wash the wok, mix all the ingredients for the sauce in it, bring to a boil. Put the cucumbers in the wok, cover with a lid and cook over very low heat for 7 minutes until the cucumbers are ready.

Step 5

Put the cucumbers on a plate, evaporate the remaining sauce by two-thirds of the volume. Serve cucumbers, pouring sauce and sprinkled with cilantro.
