Fish with carrots and mayonnaise

Nutritionists say that it is absolutely necessary to include fish in your diet. It contains important nutrients such as protein, iodine, as well as various vitamins and minerals. The easiest and fastest way to cook fish is to bake it in the oven. To do this, you can take ready-made fillets or cut the fish yourself. You can either simply marinate it in spices or add vegetables to the dish. This recipe will require a minimum of effort and expense from you, but will lead you to a juicy and tender dish.
How to cook Fish with carrots and mayonnaise
Step 1

Salt and pepper the fish fillet to taste. Sprinkle with sesame seeds on top.
Step 2

Grease the fish with mayonnaise and leave to marinate for 10-15 minutes.
Step 3

While the fish is marinating, peel the carrots and grate them on a coarse grater.
Step 4

Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil.
Step 5

Place grated carrots in a baking dish.
Step 6

Place the fish fillet on a layer of grated carrots and bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for 30 minutes.
