Step 1

Prepare the dough. To do this, pour all the dry ingredients (flour, salt) into a deep bowl. Mix them well. Add eggs, water, and pre-melted butter to the resulting mixture. Knead the dough. It should be airy but elastic. Cover the bowl with a napkin and put it in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes.

While the dough is "resting", start preparing the filling. Place boiled potatoes, eggs, cheese and greens in a blender bowl. Grind and mix all ingredients thoroughly. Add seasonings to the resulting mixture and mix again. The filling for dumplings with cheese and greens is ready.
