How to cook Dessert A la Pavlova
Step 1
We take the meringue ready. Separately, beat cream with powdered sugar. We divide the raspberries into two parts, leave one part with whole berries, make raspberry sauce from the other, beat the raspberries in a blender with sugar (to taste).
Step 2
Put in layers in bowls: slices of meringue, whipped cream with powder, pour over raspberry sauce and spread raspberries, repeat the layers. Serve dessert immediately! Enjoy!
