Cranberry Pie
For this pie, you can take pre-thawed cranberries or use ready-made cranberry jam.
How to cook Cranberry Pie
Step 1
In a container, mix wheat flour, corn flour, 50 g of sugar, a quarter teaspoon of vanillin.
Step 2
In a glass, mix warm water and grape seed oil.
Step 3
Add oil and water to flour mixture. Knead the dough until it stops sticking to your hands.
Step 4
We roll out the dough into a layer about a centimeter thick, put it in a mold, form the sides.
Step 5
Grind cranberries in a blender with 100 g of sugar, pour the resulting mixture into a mold with dough.
Step 6
Separate the whites of four eggs from the yolks. Beat the chilled proteins with a mixer at high speed, add a pinch of salt, slowly add about 75 g of sugar. Beat until stable peaks.
Step 7
Carefully spread the protein mixture with a spoon or pastry syringe.
Step 8
We bake at a temperature of 180 degrees on the middle shelf in the oven.
