How to cook Chinese style salad
Step 1
Soak raw peanuts for 2-3 hours. This significantly affects its taste and digestibility.
Step 2
Dice tomatoes, tofu. Peel the orange and cut into cubes into segments. Add peanuts.
Step 3
Dress the salad with teriyaki sauce. Please note that this should be teriyaki sauce, not a marinade or cooking sauce.
Step 4
