Chinese style salad

A light and tasty salad made from available ingredients. The amount of food in the recipe is enough for two normal servings, or one very large one.

How to cook Chinese style salad

Step 1

Soak raw peanuts for 2-3 hours. This significantly affects its taste and digestibility.

Step 2

Dice tomatoes, tofu. Peel the orange and cut into cubes into segments. Add peanuts.

Step 3

Dress the salad with teriyaki sauce. Please note that this should be teriyaki sauce, not a marinade or cooking sauce.

Step 4

Decorate with onion feathers.
