How to cook Chicken in onion and mushroom sauce
Step 1

Rub the chicken drumsticks with salt and pepper. Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil. Fry the drumsticks for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown. Place the finished drumsticks on a paper towel to get rid of excess oil.
Step 2

Dice the onion and mushrooms. Fry the onion and mushrooms in the chicken pan for 5 minutes until golden. Finally, add salt and pepper to taste.

Add the drumsticks to the onions and mushrooms.

In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise and water. Then pour the mayonnaise sauce over the chicken and mushrooms. The sauce should cover the drumsticks about halfway.
