How to cook Chicken fillet in honey-mustard marinade

Step 1

Mix all spices, add mustard, honey, lemon juice and minced garlic and mix well. Set aside 4 tbsp. l. marinade, and pour the rest over the chicken fillet. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid and let it sit for 30-45 minutes. at room temperature.

Step 2

Heat coals or a grill pan over high heat and fry the fillet for 6-7 minutes. on each side until done.

Step 3

Transfer the finished fillet to a bowl and pour over the remaining marinade. Cover the bowl with a lid and leave for 5 minutes.
