How to cook Chicken and Onion Pies
Step 1

Chop the onion, cut the chicken fillet into small pieces. Fry the chicken and onion in a small amount of oil until golden brown. Add salt and pepper to the filling while frying. If desired, you can add paprika, turmeric or a mixture of dried herbs for a rich taste.
Step 2

Divide the finished dough into equal parts, in the form of small balls. Roll out each part, use flour if the dough sticks to your hands and the dish. Distribute the filling in the middle of the rolled out dough and add chopped greens. Do the same combination with each piece of dough.
Step 3

Roll up the dough and secure at the edges. Place the pies in a baking dish, grease with butter or egg yolk, if desired. First, lay parchment on the baking sheet, grease with a small amount of vegetable oil.
Step 4

Bake in the oven at 180℃ for 30-35 minutes. Cool the finished pies under a towel, serve with aromatic tea or coffee, you can serve with sour cream or runny fried eggs, for the most sophisticated gourmets. Enjoy your meal!
