How to cook Cake mini cake
Step 1
Whisk egg whites and yolks with sugar until fluffy. Add flour, starch and mix gently.
Step 2
Preheat oven to 200'C. Line a baking sheet with parchment. Spread the dough on parchment in an even layer about 0.8 cm thick. Bake in a preheated oven until golden brown.
Step 3
For cream: pour semolina into cold milk and cook until tender, cool slightly. Add condensed milk and softened butter. Whip the cream with a blender until smooth. Remove the cream to cool in the refrigerator.
Step 4
From the finished biscuit, using molds of different diameters, cut circles. Layer biscuit mugs with a layer of cream. Grease the sides of the cake with cream too. Cover the edges of the biscuit circles with colored sprinkles. Sprinkle layers of cream with coconut flakes. Sprinkle the top layer with coconut flakes and garnish with fresh berries.
