Buckwheat with gravy

Are you fasting or watching your figure, or maybe you just love buckwheat, but are tired of the monotony? Very tasty and incredible buckwheat with stewed mushroom gravy will fit perfectly into your diet. Buckwheat is an incredibly healthy product. Many essential amino acids, macro- and microelements will give your body everything it needs! The recipe is very simple: thoroughly wash and boil buckwheat, chop mushrooms and onions, fry and stew them in cream. Mix with buckwheat.
How to cook Buckwheat with gravy
Step 1

Pour the washed buckwheat into a saucepan and add water. Put it on high heat, when the water boils, reduce the heat, cover with a lid and cook for 15-20 minutes.
Step 2

Finely chop the onion.
Step 3

Heat a frying pan and melt the butter in it.
Step 4

Fry the onion in butter.
Step 5

When the onion turns golden, add the mushrooms and fry together. Salt and pepper to taste.
Step 6

Pour in the cream and simmer over low heat until the excess liquid evaporates.
Step 7

Place buckwheat on a plate, stewed mushrooms on top, and serve.
