The recipe is very simple: thoroughly wash and boil buckwheat, chop mushrooms and onions, fry and stew them in cream. Mix with buckwheat.
Step 1

Pour the washed buckwheat into a saucepan and add water. Put it on high heat, when the water boils, reduce the heat, cover with a lid and cook for 15-20 minutes.

Finely chop the onion.
Step 3

Heat a frying pan and melt the butter in it.
Step 4

Fry the onion in butter.
Step 5

When the onion turns golden, add the mushrooms and fry together. Salt and pepper to taste.
Step 6

Pour in the cream and simmer over low heat until the excess liquid evaporates.

Place buckwheat on a plate, stewed mushrooms on top, and serve.
