1. Peel the onion, cut into half rings, put in a bowl. Add vinegar, sugar and salt. Stir, let it brew for 20-25 minutes. 2. Cut pickles into thin strips, hot peppers into thin rings. Wash lettuce leaves and pat dry. Cut the meat into thin wide plates. 3. Put 1-2 lettuce leaves, pickled onions, hot pepper ring and some pickles on each plate. Roll up, tie with green onions.
