Beef lula kebab in the oven

How to cook Beef lula kebab in the oven
Step 1

Prepare the mince. Combine the onion, garlic, dill, lemon juice, and lard in a blender. Beat until smooth. Mix with the mince and spices. Cover the finished meat with cling film and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to infuse.
Step 2

Make lula kebab and bake it. Form long sausages from the minced meat and put them on skewers. Transfer to a baking dish and put in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 40 minutes.
