How to cook Apricot thalers
Step 1

Rinse dried apricots, pour boiling water over them and let them swell for 3 hours. Then carefully squeeze and grind in a blender.
Step 2

Add 200 g of coconut flakes and grind again in a blender.
Step 3

Add lemon juice, powdered sugar to the mixture and knead the plastic "dough". Roll it into a 4 cm thick roller and cut into slices about 1/2 cm thick.
Step 4

Sprinkle cakes with chopped nuts. Transfer to a box (lay each layer with parchment) and let it rest for about 2 days.
