How to cook An old recipe for Easter cake (with vodka)
Step 1
Dissolve yeast in warm milk 125 ml. Add half a glass of flour and 25 gr. Sahara. Clean in a warm place for 1.5 hours.
Step 2
While the dough is coming up, grind two yolks and 25 gr. Sahara. Add zest, soft butter and vanilla. Grind and pour the resulting mass into the dough. Add vodka, 125 ml. warm milk and salt. Knead the dough, adding flour until it does not lag behind your hands.
Step 3
Then add two proteins, whipped with the rest of the sugar, add nuts and raisins. Clean in a warm place for 1.5 hours.
Step 4
Spread the dough into molds and put it back in a warm place for 1.5 hours.
Step 5
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees, bake for 35 minutes. Decorate as desired.
