Wok noodles

Ingredients

  • lagman - 150 g
  • Teriyaki sauce - 100 g
  • Bulgarian pepper - 30 g
  • zucchini - 12 g
  • carrots - 15 g
  • shallot garlic - 15 g
  • green peas - 15 g
  • green onions - 15 g
  • ginger - 5 g
  • garlic - 3 g
  • beef - 70 g

Cooking

Step 1

Chop the vegetables and fry in a preheated WOK pan for 1 minute.

Step 2

Add Teriyaki sauce and noodles. Fry 2 min. Cut the beef into strips and add to the noodles. Simmer 1 min.

Step 3

When serving, garnish with cilantro leaves and sesame seeds.
