Warm salad with potatoes and fish

Delicious, healthy salad with baked potatoes and boiled sea bass.

Ingredients

Servings 4
  • young potatoes - 6 pcs.
  • cherry tomatoes - 10 pcs.
  • green salad - 1 bunch
  • sea bass - 500 g
  • olives - 10 pcs.
  • bay leaf - 1 pc.
  • allspice - 2 pcs.
  • salt - to taste
  • olive oil - 3 tbsp. l.
  • lemon - 1 pc.
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • provencal herbs - 1 tsp. l.

Cooking

Step 1

Peel and cut the potatoes into slices, put in a mold, pour 1 tbsp. l. olive oil, salt, add a clove of garlic and bake until cooked (180 ° C), about 30 minutes.

Step 2

Cut the fish, clean, rinse and boil until cooked in water with salt, bay leaf and allspice. Take out the fish. Cut the fish into boneless fillets.

Step 3

To prepare the dressing, mix the juice of 1 lemon, 2 tbsp. l. olive oil, Provencal herbs, mix.

Step 4

Put the washed and dried lettuce leaves on a dish. Put the baked potatoes on top of the salad and pour over half the sauce.

Step 5

Top with fish pieces, olives, cherry tomatoes and pour over the remaining sauce. Serve immediately!!!
