Tender chicken with mozzarella and vegetables
Ingredients
Servings 1- chicken breast - 1 pc.
- chili pepper - to taste
- ground paprika - to taste
- salt - to taste
- green beans - 100 g
- mozzarella cheese - 4 balls
- butter - 1.5 tbsp. l.
- cherry tomatoes - 4 pcs.
- lettuce green
Cooking
Step 1
Boil green beans in salted water for 5 minutes, drain on a sieve. Melt the butter in a frying pan, put the beans, cherry tomatoes, cut into halves, and simmer for 7-10 minutes.
Step 2
Chop off the chicken breast. Salt, pepper, season with spices. Fry the chicken breast on both sides in vegetable oil until golden brown.
Step 3
Put green lettuce leaves on a dish, fried chicken breast on it. Cut mozzarella cheese, add to stewed vegetables. Serve fried chicken breast with vegetables and cheese.
