Pozharsky cutlet
Ingredients
Servings 4-5- 700 g chicken meat
- 300 g beef fillet
- 140 g onion
- 1 cup cream
- 2 slices of bread
- 1/2 cup milk
- 15 g butter
- 1 st. l. vegetable oil
- 1 Art. l. torment
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp. l. breadcrumbs
- 1 st. l. dry white wine
- 1 bulb
- 7 pcs. mushrooms
- 1/2 cup cream
- 3 Art. l. fault
- 1 h. l. year
Cooking
Step 1
Finely chop the minced onion and fry until golden brown.
Step 2
Scroll all the ingredients for minced meat in a meat grinder and beat off. Divide the minced meat into portions, roll in flour, egg and breadcrumbs, form cutlets.
Step 3
For the sauce, cut the onion into small cubes, mushrooms into slices. Fry in vegetable oil.
Step 4
Add wine and simmer for 1 minute, then add cream and simmer for 5 more minutes over low heat.
Step 5
Fry the cutlets on both sides and place in the oven at 180 ° C for 10 minutes.
