Pork skewers with cheese in fragrant golden breading
If you want a sunny and bright kebab, I suggest preparing such a kebab of pork marinated in lime juice with soy sauce, strung with cheese rolls and boned in a golden mixture of spices with sesame seeds! Very fragrant, beautiful, delicate tasting quick-cooking kebab!
Ingredients
- pork - 600 g
- hard cheese - 50 g
- lime juice - 1 tsp
- soy sauce - 1.5 tbsp. l.
- a mixture of spices (paprika, parsley, marjoram, curry, sesame, turmeric, oregano) - 1/3 tbsp.
Cooking
Step 1
Cut the pork into plates, marinate in lime juice and soy sauce for 20-30 minutes. Put a slice of cheese on the marinated pork.
Step 2
Roll up, string on skewers or skewers (the latter must be soaked in water for 15 minutes)
Step 3
Fold the rest of the meat pieces in the same way.
Step 4
Pour spices on the surface (I have a ready-made mixture, but you can also assemble it yourself - adding or removing ingredients).
Step 5
Roll the skewers in the mixture on all sides. Sprinkle with vegetable oil.
Step 6
Cook over moderately hot coals, turning often - 10-15 minutes.
Step 7
Serve with greens and vegetables!
