Meatballs
Carlson was known to be a big fan of buns and whipped cream cakes. But he also did not refuse the famous Swedish meatballs. Your little guests will also be happy with them.
Ingredients
Servings 10- 1 kg minced pork and beef
- 2 eggs
- 1 large onion
- 1-2 garlic cloves
- a small bunch of parsley
- olive oil
- freshly ground black pepper
- salt
Cooking
Step 1
Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Chop the parsley leaves. Mix onion, garlic, herbs, egg with minced meat, salt and mix well. Roll up meatballs the size of a walnut.
Step 2
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet and fry the meatballs on all sides over medium heat until tender. Serve with tomato sauce or lingonberry jam.
