Italian salad with pear and parmesan
Ingredients
Servings 6 servings- 100 g parmesan or pecorino cheese
- 0.25 lemon
- 1 bunch watercress
- 300 g arugula
- sherry vinegar - 1 tsp. l.
- 0.5 cup unrefined olive oil
- 12 dates
- 12 walnut halves
- 2 very ripe pears
Cooking
Step 1
Mix watercress with arugula, arrange on plates. Pears cut into thin slices, sprinkle with lemon juice (so as not to darken), put on top of the leaves.
Step 2
Stuff each date with half a walnut and put 2 pieces on a plate. Mix the olive oil with the vinegar and pour this dressing over the salad.
Step 3
Slice the cheese very thinly (you can use a paring knife for this) and sprinkle on top.
