Gajar Ka Halwa
Ingredients

- 1 can of condensed milk
- 1 kg of carrots
- 1 dec. l. rose water
- 6 cups 6% fat milk
- 1 st. l. chopped pistachios and almonds
Cooking
Step 1
Peel carrots, grate. Grind cardamom in a mortar. Boil milk, add carrots with cardamom and cook over low heat until the liquid is almost all boiled away. Add condensed milk, stir and let cool. Then add rose water and stir. Put on a dish and sprinkle with chopped nuts on top.
