Cheese and strawberry rolls

Ingredients
Servings 4 servings- cream
- 200 g strawberries
- 150 g mozzarella cheese
- cottage cheese - 200 g
- 2 sprigs of mint
Cooking
Step 1
Wash strawberries, remove stems, cut in half. Rub the cottage cheese through a fine sieve, add sour cream and stir well.
Step 2
Cheese divided into 8 equal parts. Put each part on a cling film greased with vegetable oil, cover with a film on top and pour over with boiling water.
Step 3
While the pieces of cheese are warm, quickly roll them out with a rolling pin, put the mixture of cottage cheese and sour cream, put the strawberry halves on top. Roll into rolls. Decorate with mint.
