How to cook Spicy meatballs
Step 1
Cut the crusts from the bread, cut the flesh into small pieces and pour warm milk over it. Peel onion and garlic and finely chop. Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the onion and garlic. Add the marjoram, rosemary and thyme, sauté lightly, remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Step 2
Squeeze the bread, put it in a bowl with minced meat, add onion with garlic and herbs, eggs, mustard and sugar syrup. Mix everything thoroughly to get a homogeneous mass. Salt, pepper and mix with breadcrumbs. With wet hands, roll small balls out of the mass and flatten them slightly.
Step 3
Heat the melted butter in a frying pan and fry the meatballs for 7 minutes. on each side until crispy. Remove from pan. If desired, decorate with cherry tomatoes and sprigs of different greens.
