Description

This tea can be served hot or chilled with ice.

Cooking

Step 1

Bring bottled water with sugar, spices and zest to a boil, hold for a while over low heat. Put the tea, remove from heat. Brew 3-4 min. Strain.

Step 2

Add citrus juice and honey. Serve with long cinnamon sticks - they can stir the drink, besides, they will add extra flavor to the tea. If you prefer cold tea, serve with ice.

4 tsp black tea
100 ml fresh orange juice
50 ml fresh lemon juice
1 liter bottled water
50 g sugar
10 cloves
cinnamon sticks
zest of half an orange
honey
