Salad with pineapple and shrimps
If you feel like your holiday menu hasn't been updated for a long time, but you want to cook something new, then a salad with pineapples and shrimps is ideal. The interesting things in it are pine nuts, orange and a dressing consisting of honey, olive oil and vinegar. All that remains is to collect all this and put it on plates.
How to cook Salad with pineapple and shrimps
Step 1

Fry the shrimp in heated vegetable oil until golden brown (5 minutes), then add butter and mix well. Cool the cooked shrimp.
Step 2

Make the dressing: mix olive oil with honey, salt and vinegar. Whisk until smooth and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
Step 3

Assemble the salad: place the fried shrimp, pineapple and orange pulp in a serving dish.
Step 4

Add lettuce, season, sprinkle with pine nuts and serve.
