How to cook Salad with celery root and chicken
Step 1

Prepare salad ingredients. Wash the chicken fillet and place in a saucepan. Pour in cold water and bring to a boil. Remove the foam with a slotted spoon and salt a little. Cook over low heat under a loose lid for 30 minutes.
Step 2

Remove the chicken from the broth, let cool and then cut into strips. Also chop pickled cucumbers. Peel and wash the celery root. Cut into thin strips. Place in a colander and plunge into boiling salted water for 3 minutes.
Step 3

Bread for salad cut into cubes and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown. (2-3 minutes). Stir in chicken, cucumbers and celery. Dress the salad with mayonnaise. Serve cooked rye crackers separately.
