Step 1
Sift the flour into a deep bowl, add a pinch of salt. Cut the turkey fillet without skin and bones into cubes, roll in salted flour. In a frying pan, heat half the vegetable oil, put the turkey, fry for 2-3 minutes, stirring gently from time to time.
Step 2
Peel the onion, cut into half rings. Wash sweet pepper, remove seeds and cut into triangles. Add the prepared vegetables to the pan with the turkey and fry for another 3 minutes.
Step 3
Pour white wine into the prepared roast, add dry thyme and simmer for 2 minutes. Remove from fire. Keep warm until serving.
Step 4
Wash the apples, remove the core, cut into thin slices. Rinse the potatoes well, remove all damaged areas of the surface, cut out the eyes, cut into slices without peeling.
Step 5
Roll prepared apples and potatoes in starch. Shake off excess starch.
Step 6
In another pan, heat the remaining vegetable oil, fry the apples and potatoes in small portions until golden brown. Arrange vegetable slices on a plate, top with roasted turkey. Serve sprinkled with finely chopped dill.
