Quinoa Tabbouleh

The fact that the tabbouleh is made from quinoa rather than couscous makes this dish even more healthy. Quinoa is high in protein and is ideal for growing bodies, active people and vegetarians. I added baked peppers, fresh cucumber, herbs to this salad, seasoned with olive oil and lemon. It can be served as a separate dish or as a side dish to baked meat or fish.
How to cook Quinoa Tabbouleh
Step 1
Cut the pepper, tomatoes, cucumber and onion into small cubes. Mix with quinoa.
Step 2
Finely chop the greens and add to the salad.
Step 3
Drizzle the tabouleh with a mixture of olive oil and lemon juice, salt and toss.
