Quick pizza with pepper

Making pizza with our recipe is a paradise for those who like to experiment with toppings. The special aromatic flavor notes of this pizza are given by the sauce of baked peppers, red sweet onions, mozzarella and juicy minced meat.
How to cook Quick pizza with pepper
Step 1
Spray a baking tray with olive oil and place the peppers on it. Bake at 200 °C for 15 minutes. Carefully peel the skin off the baked peppers.
Step 2
Place all the ingredients for the sauce in a blender and blend until smooth.
Step 3
On a floured surface, stretch the dough with your hands to the desired thickness. Apply the sauce evenly and put the filling: minced meat, pepper, onion and cheese. Place in the oven preheated to 200 °C for 10-15 minutes.
