Quesadillas with chicken and apples

How to cook Quesadillas with chicken and apples
Step 1
Boil chicken breasts until tender, cool and cut into small pieces. Put in a bowl, add paprika and onion, refrigerate and let stand for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Peel the apples, remove the core, cut the flesh into small cubes. Grate the cheese. Wash the tomato, remove the seeds, cut the flesh into cubes. Mix chicken meat, apples, tomato, cheese and cottage cheese in a large bowl.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 180º C. Put the mixture on the tortilla half, cover with the second half, fasten with toothpicks, put on a baking sheet, put it in the oven. Bake 8 min. Turn over and bake for another 8 minutes. Cut the quesadillas into triangles and serve.
