How to cook Potato pies with mushrooms
Step 1

Grate the boiled potatoes or mince them. You can use the classic option and mash the potatoes. Choose the option that will give you the consistency you need for the dough.
Step 2

Finely chop the mushrooms and onions, fry in a small amount of oil. Add spices and salt to taste. A mixture of herbs or paprika are good for a bright aroma.
Step 3

Add eggs to the chopped potatoes, salt and pepper to taste. Stir until smooth and dense.
Step 4

Form a small potato patty, put the filling of fried mushrooms and onions in the center. Close the sides and shape into a pie.
Step 5

Dip the resulting pies in flour on each side, then place them on a preheated frying pan with oil. Fry the pies until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes on each side.
Step 6

Place the finished pies on a paper napkin to remove excess oil. Then serve hot or cold.
