How to cook Non-classic club sandwich
Step 1
Place the bacon in a heavy skillet over moderate heat and drain the fat. Transfer to paper towel. Cool and crumble.
Step 2
Prepare your dressing. Mix mayonnaise with sour cream and curry powder. Thinly slice the Chinese cabbage and season with half of the mixture.
Step 3
Cut chicken or turkey breast and tomato into thin slices.
Step 4
Brush bread with a thin layer of dressing on one side. Divide the breast slices into 4 pieces, on them - half the seasoned cabbage. Top with four slices of bread dressing side up. Cover with tomato slices, sprinkle with bacon. Lay the last 4 slices of bread dressing side down.
Step 5
Squeeze the sandwich carefully, trim off the crusts if you like. Cut each sandwich into 2 triangles. Poke with a skewer.
