Delicious and healthy green smoothie by adding strawberries. It certainly does not give a very pretty color, but the taste and aroma are completely unusual.

Step 1

Place all ingredients in a bowl and blend with an immersion blender until smooth. In the summer, you can throw a few ice cubes into your smoothie.

1 st. bottled water
1 kiwi, peeled, cut into slices
1/2 banana for sweetness (you can use frozen)
5-6 large strawberries
juice of 1 large orange
bunch of fresh baby spinach
