Fruit ice from pears and peaches

Step 1

Make syrup from sugar and water. Mix with pear and lemon juice and pour into silicone ice cream molds. Send to the freezer for at least an hour.

Ingredients

500 ml juice from pears and peaches (I used 4 pears and 2 peaches)
sugar 100 g
water 100 ml
juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tsp vanilla extract
