How to cook Fettuccine with crab and squid sauce

Step 1

Boil water, salt, boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Cut the squid into rings, disassemble the crab meat into fibers, remove the chitinous plates.

Step 2

Heat the saucepan, fry seafood in olive oil for 1-2 minutes.

Step 3

Pour in the cream, chopped tomatoes in their own juice, dried tomatoes cut into strips, salt, sugar, pepper, mix everything.

Step 4

Put the pasta into the resulting sauce, add a little water left over from cooking the pasta, put it on a dish and sprinkle with herbs.
