Eggs stuffed with ham and cheese

Deviled eggs are a simple and straightforward appetizer that can be prepared in just 15 minutes. Chop all the ingredients while the eggs are boiling and mix the filling. Stuff the egg halves with it and, voila, a delicious appetizer is ready. This recipe uses a classic combination of ham, cheese and mayonnaise as a filling. Green onions add piquancy and freshness. Serve the deviled eggs on the festive table - your guests will appreciate it.
How to cook Eggs stuffed with ham and cheese
Step 1

Grate the cheese and ham on a coarse grater or cut into thin strips with a knife.
Step 2

Chop the boiled eggs in half and remove the yolks. Place the yolks in a separate bowl and mash with a fork until smooth.
Step 3

In a deep bowl, mix the cheese, ham, yolks, chopped green onions and parsley. Season with mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Mix the filling.
Step 4

Fill the egg halves with the mixture. Decorate with parsley leaves. Done. Enjoy.
