How to cook Drink with cranberries and pomegranate
Step 1
Wash the pomegranate, cut off the top. With a knife, make several deep longitudinal cuts on the peel. Dip the pomegranate in a wide bowl of water, peel. Carefully release the grains from the internal membranes. Sort the cranberries, rinse and put on paper napkins so that all the water is glassed.
Step 2
Fold the pomegranate seeds and cranberries in a sieve, squeeze the juice with a wooden pestle. Add juice to a container with mineral water, mix and pour into glasses.
