Chocolate cake with bananas and sunflower seeds

Cooking

Step 1

Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, cocoa and carob in a bowl.

Step 2

Mix water and vegetable oil in a separate bowl.

Step 3

Pour water and oil into dry mixture.

Step 4

Knead the dough thoroughly.

Step 5

Lubricate the form with vegetable oil and sprinkle with a little flour so that the cake comes out well.

Step 6

Cut bananas into slices.

Step 7

Pour a third of the dough into the bottom of the mold. Lay out a layer of bananas. Again a third of the dough and a layer of bananas.

Step 8

Pour over the rest of the dough and sprinkle with sunflower seeds on top.

Step 9

Bake for 40 minutes at 200 degrees. Readiness to check with a skewer.
