Chicken fillet with juicy filling

Chicken fillet with a juicy stuffing of mozzarella and tomatoes is something new in your everyday menu! The meat is juicy, soft, tender and aromatic, and boiled asparagus is perfect as a accompaniment.
How to cook Chicken fillet with juicy filling
Step 1
Make cuts along the fillet and turn the chicken inside out. Salt and pepper the fillet to taste, brush each piece with olive oil.
Step 2
Place tomatoes on one half of the fillet, then top with mozzarella and basil leaves. Cover the filling with the other half of the meat, then secure with skewers.
Step 3
Place the blanks in a mold and bake at 180°C in the oven for about 30 minutes.
