Cappuccino

Cappuccino must have fluffy milk foam! With a toothpick or cocktail stick, draw a heart or swirls on the surface. Or sprinkle with ground cinnamon or cocoa powder through the stencil. The easiest way to prepare cappuccino is with a special cappuccino maker in a coffee machine. But it is possible without.
How to cook Cappuccino
Step 1
If you are a happy owner of a cappuccinatore, fill an heat-resistant jug 1/3 full of cold milk. Preheat the coffee machine, release steam from the cappuccinatore to remove any remaining water and warm up the wand.
Step 2
Dip the tip of the steam wand into the jug, turn on the steam at full power. Place the tube vertically so that the jet of steam is directed towards the center of the bottom of the jug. Create thus a stable circulation of milk in the vessel. Now lower the jug until the tip of the tube is just below the surface of the milk. Do not allow steam to escape from the surface of the milk! The frothed milk will increase in volume, so the jug should be lowered little by little. All operations are carried out quickly, milk should not be overheated and brought to a boil, this will spoil its taste.
Step 3
When the foam is ready, turn off the steam and tap the jug on the table several times. This will destroy unstable bubbles that cause the foam to settle faster.
Step 4
Spoon milk froth into a cup of hot coffee (you can also pour some hot milk), sprinkle with cinnamon or grated chocolate and serve.
